Abstrak

This program aims to provide reinforcement for prospective groups of entrepreneurial community to immediately carry out production and marketing activities, and assist them in drawing up their business management methods. The community groups targeted are candidates who have deserved entrepreneurial document but need mentoring to immediately perform the activities of production and marketing. The form of program is a socialization and training, consists of the preparation, execution and coaching/mentoring. Small scale entrepreneurs who are using and empowering leading commodity of this region is expected to be a trigger and catalyst for the growth of innovation and entrepreneurship within the community.The outcome is soon to implement the production of corn sticks fish products which were marketed in Gorontalo territory of Indonesia and arranged of business management methods within the framework of business development at once can be used by groups of similar products processed foods business in Indonesia Keyword: Product, Management, Fish Corn Stick, Gorontalo
