Abstrak Masyarakat Desa Rejonegoro sebagian penduduknya adalah Petani dan sebagian lagi adalah PNS dan Wiraswasta, selain itu banyak juga masyarakat terutama ibu – ibu rumah tangga dan para gadis remaja bekerja sampingan dengan membuat berbagai penganan ringan termasuk Dodol Jagung , yang banyak disukai oleh anak – anak. Usaha Dodol Jagung ini tergolong jenis Home Industri karena pengerjaannya secara individual ataupun kelompok di rumah masing – masing masyarakat. Setelah dilakukan intervensi melalui program KKN PPM khususnya terkait dengan peningkatan mutu usaha Dodol Jagung di desa Rejonegoro ini maka dengan sendirinya usaha ini mulai dirasakan oleh sebagian masyarakat desa Rejonegoro khususnya kelompok usaha yang diintervensi melalui program. Produk Dodol ini semakin dikenal dengan adanya acara Lounching produk dan pengeresmian sentra industri dodol di Desa Rejonegoro yang dilakukan oleh Tim KKN PPM yang rangkaian kegiatannya di ekspos melalui media harian Gorontalo Post. Secara umum capaian program dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan program dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi kelompok usaha selesai dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi (Monev) baik tim KKN – PPM maupun Monev yang dilakukan oleh pihak LPPM – UNG dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik. Mengacu kepada target dan luaran program, maka dapat diukur melalui indikator capaian program dari produk KKN-PPM yang hendak dituju sebagai berikut: a.Peningkatan partisispasi dan kinerja produksi pada masyarakat desa Rejonegoro khususnya pelaku usaha pembuat panganan dodok meningkat. Respon para peserta sangat positif terhadap kegiatan ini. Harapan peserta bahwa kegiatan ini akan berkelanjutan pada pengembangan pada tahap aspek-aspek lainnya yang layak untuk dikembangkan b.Perbaikan kinerja kelompok usaha melalui aspek produksi, aspek teknis dan aspek pemasaran sangat terlihat perkembangan dan perubahan pola kerja kelompok usaha. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Mutu & Usaha Dodol Abstract [Quality Improvement Effort In The Village Of Rejonegoro Corn Lunkhead Subdistrict Paguyaman Gorontalo] The villagers Rejonegoro most of the inhabitants are Farmers and some are CIVIL SERVANTS and the self-employed, in addition many communities especially mothers – housewives and the teenage girl working the sideline by making various light snack included Dodol Corn, the much-liked by the children. This Corn Lunkhead effort belongs to a type of Home industry due to work individually or in a group home in each community. After the intervention through KKN PPM in particular related to quality improvement efforts in the village of Rejonegoro Corn Lunkhead is then itself this effort started to be felt by some in the community of the village of Rejonegoro in particular the business group intervened through the program. The product of this increasingly known by Lunkhead presence event Lounching products and pengeresmian industrial centers lunkhead in the village of Rejonegoro which was conducted by a team of CCN activity in a series of PPM is exposed through the daily media Indonesia Post. It is generally close to the program can be viewed from the implementation of the program in the form of training and mentoring for business group completed in accordance with the planning. Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation (Monev) good team CCN – PPM or Monev conducted by parties LPPM – UNG can be inferred that this activity goes well. The response of the participants is very positive toward this activity. Participants hope that these activities will be sustainable on the development at this stage of other aspects which deserve to be developed b. performance improvement business group through the aspect of production, technical aspects and aspects of marketing are very visible developments and changes in the pattern of group work effort.
