Abstrak

Management is a need that is really needed both in a family, organization, and company and management that we need today is in accordance with Islamic values of sharia management, in fact banking transactions have existed since the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW before sent to be the apostle has been identified as al amien, meaning the person is trusted because of his honesty. This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic values in Management On Savings and Loans Cooperative BMT Nur Syuhada and to know the most dominant Islamic values influential in the management of Savings and Loan Cooperative BMT Nur Syuhada. Islamic values applied in BMT Nurul Syuhadaare: siddiq, tabligh, amanah, fatonah, and (siddiq) dominantly influential and significant to the management of BMT Nurul Syuhada.
