Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di posyandu (studi kasus di Desa Motilango Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, dokumentasi, dan teknik wawancara. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian tersebut adalah masyarakat, kader-kader posyandu dan tenaga medis. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajia, serta penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di posyandu tersebut mempunyai persepsi yang positif terkait dengan adanya program Posyandu yang berupa kemudahan masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan(penimbangan bayi dan balita, imunisasi, pemberian makanan tambahan, penyuluhan kesehatan, dan pelayanan kesehatan). Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Warga Desa Motilango sebaiknya lebih memahami arti pentingnya kesehatan bagi kelangsungan kehidupan, dan hal tersebut tidak saja menyangkut kesehatan dan perkembangan balita saja, melainkan juga kesehatan seluruh masyarakat.

The purpose of this research was to find out the community's perception of health services in posyandu (case study in Motilango Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo District. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Selection of informants in the study These include the community, posyandu cadres and medical personnel.The analysis of the data used in this study is data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The results of this study indicate that public perceptions of health services in the posyandu have a positive perception related to the existence of the Posyandu program in the form of public convenience in obtaining health services (weighing infants and toddlers, immunization, supplementary feeding, health education, and health services). The suggestion in this study is that the Motilango Village Residents should better understand the importance of health for the survival of life, and it does not only concern the health and development of children under five, but also the health of the entire community.
