Abstrak

The center of integrated service for women and children empowerment (P2TP2A) is a women and community empowerment body that seeks to evercome, serve and protect victims of violence. but the lack of coaching and monitoring of victims is one of therefore, the research generated a monitoring system in evaluating victims of violence againts women and children based on the web, and obtained accurate monitoring results then used the calculation of likert scale score in monitoring the victims. in the reseach also, it use a prototypel system development method. the result of the research revealed that the system could monitor victims based on the web which will facilitate P2TP2A in monitoring victims and provide services needed by victims more accurately.
