Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak ke masa dewasa, . Kesehatan reproduksi berperan penting bagi pria maupun wanita pada umumnya . Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat perbedaan Pengetahuano siswa sebagai Konselor dan Non Konselor Sebaya pada Pusat Informasi Konseling tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi di SMA N 1 Kota Gorontalo . Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Perbedaan Pengetahuan Siswa sebagai konselor dan non konselor sebaya Pusat Informasi Konseling tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi di SMA N 1 Kota Gorontalo serta Pengaruh Karakteristik Responden.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan Cross Sectional , dengan populasi sebanyak 351 orang siswa dan sampel sebanyak 187 menggunakan Purposive Sample.
Hasil analisis perbandingan menggunakan Uji Mann-Whitney Test antara pengetahuan PIK dan NON PIK terdapat perbedaan dilihat dari lebih tingginya pengetahuan dari PIK tentang kesehatan reproduksi 45 orang dan 34 orang Non PIK , dan juga dilihat bahwa nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0.000 yang berarti < 0.05 sehingga H0 ditolak.
Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dilihat dari lebih tingginya pengetahuan dari PIK dibandingkan Non PIK, Kriteria responden mempengaruhi terjadinya perubahan

Adolescence is the transition from childhood to adulthood. Reproductive health plays a vital role for men and women in general. The problem statement of this study is whether there are differences in students' knowledge as counselors and peer-counselors at the Counseling Information Center on Reproductive Health in SMA N 1 of Gorontalo City. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in knowledge of students as counselors and peer counselors in reproductive health centers in the location area and the influence of respondents' characteristics.
This study uses descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach, involving a population of 351 students and 187 samples with a purposive sample.
The results showed that there were differences seen from higher PIK knowledge about the reproductive health of 45 people and 34 Non-PIK people, based on comparative analysis using Mann-Whitney Test between the knowledge of Information and Counseling Centers (PIK) and Non-Information and Counseling Centers (Non-PIK).
