Abstrak

The objective of this research is to develop School Performance Index (SPI)m that can be used to assess school performance. The research ouput (1) SPI instrument design that can be used as a direction for school performance assessment, (2) develop criteria/ondicators systematically sustainnability through SPI in some school sample, and (3) implement, evakuate, and develop further SPI instrument so that it can be dessiminated and applied to schools generally. The research as research and development is to develop IPS Instrument that is developed a model that is analyzed, desogned, adopted as a model of SPI. Try out and instrument validity that has been developed will be tried out operasionally and limited try out and field try out. Before final implenetation, it will be donerevalidation. Research team will advice, monitor, evaluate by using brainstorming and workshop together with school team. Revised instrumentwill be done through reflection together and therefore the o bjectives of instrument developemnt and implementation can be achieved.
