Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Nurifana Umar, NIM 1011415064. Analisis Yuridis Putusan Nomor 0308/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Gtlo Terhadap Dampak Pembatalan Perkawinan di Pengadilan Agama Gorontalo. Ibu Dr. Nur M. Kasim, S.Ag, MH selaku pembimbing I dan Bapak Dolot Alhasni Bakung SH., MH selaku pembimbing II. Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo 2019.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengambarkan analisis yuridis dampak pembatalan perkawinan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi putusan Majelis Hakim pada Nomor Putusan 0308/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Gtlo di Pengadilan Agama Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan Majelis Hakim di Pengadilan Agama Gorontalo.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ; (1) Dari putusnya putusan Pengadilan Agama Gorontalo mengenai Pembatalan Perkawinan maka akan berdampak hukum bagi pihak-pihak yang terkait, suami, isteri, anak, harta Kekayaan yang Diperoleh Selama Perkawinan; dan (2) Berdasarkan fakta-fakta persidangan yang terungkap Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam memutus perkara pembatalan perkawinan pada Putusan Nomor 0308/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Gtlo adalah memenuhi 3 faktor, yaitu : Faktor Yuridis, Faktor Perilaku Keluarga, Penggugat maupun Tergugat, serta Faktor Lingkungan.

This research intends to find out and describe the juridicial analysis of the effects of marriage annulment and the factors influencing the panel of judgesâ Verdict Number 0308/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Gtlo in Gorontalo Religious Court. It employed an empirical juridical method and collected the data from a structured interview with the Panel of Judges in Gorontalo Religious Court.
The result show that (1) the verdict concerning Marriage Annulment will give legal effects on the husbend, wife, children, and community property; (2) the factors influencing Verdict Number 0308/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Gtlo include Juridical, Familyâs Attituda, Plaintiff, Defendant, and Environmental factors.
