Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh gejala yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo yakni tentang rendahnya kemampuan interaksi sosial pada siswa kelas VIII. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa.
Dari hasil penelitian didapati bahwa pada umumnya kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa kelas VIII berada pada kategori rendah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian true eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian ..."posttes-only control design. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu variabel X (Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Sosiodrama) dan variabel Y (Kemampuan Interaksi Sosial Siswa) Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 240 orang siswa, dengan anggota sampel sebanyak 30 orang siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 15 orang kelompok kontrol dan 15 orang kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan treatment sebanyak 8 kali. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling yaitu diambil secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik angket tentang variabel Y (Kemampuan Interaksi Sosial Siswa)
Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t yang menghasilkan harga t sebesar 58,13, sedangkan dari daftar distribusi t pada taraf nyata 5% diperoleh t0,975 (28) = 2,048. Ternyata harga t-hitung (58,13) > t-daftar (2,05) atau thitung berada di luar daerah penerimaan H0, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan menerima H1. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama terhadap kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo dapat diterima. Disarankan guru bimbingan konseling untuk menerapkan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dalam menangani masalah yang terkait dengan peningkatan kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa.

Nomi Bonita Kombo. 2018. The Influence of Sociodrama Technique of Group Guidance service toward Social Interaction Skill of Students at Grade VIII in SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo. The study was based on the phenomena at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo which is the lack of class of VIII students social interactions skill. It was aimed at investigating the influence of sociodrama technique of group guidance service toward social interaction skill of students.
Findings revealed that the class of VIII students social interaction skill was in low category. It was a true experimental study applying posttes-only control design. It consisted of two variables, X variable (Sociodrama Technique of Group guidance) and Y variable (Students Social Interaction Skill). The population was 240 students and the samples were 30 respondents divided into two groups, 15 students were in control group and 15 students were in experimental group that had been treated for 8 times. The sampling technique applied random sampling technique. The technique of data collecttion was questionnaire concerning Y variable (Students Social Interaction Skill).
The hypothesis using t test obtained t count value for 58,13 and t list from distribution list by hvaing significance level at 5% for 2,048 (t0,975 (28)). It was found that t-count (58,13) was higher than t-list (2,05), or tcount was out of the acceptance area of H0. Hence, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Therefour, the hypotesis whcih stated that there was an influence of sociodrama technique of group guidance service toward social interaction skill of students at SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo, was accepted. It was suggested that the the guidance and counseling teacher should apply the sociodrama technique of group guidance handling the problem related to the improvement students social interaction skill.
