Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang mendeskripsikan perilaku prokrastinasi mahasiswa dan faktor-faktor Penyebabnya pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku prokrastinasi dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling yang berjumlah 349 mahasiswa sedangkan pengambilan sampel penelitian dengan teknik Sampling Insidental berjumlah 100 mahasiswa.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dianalisis dengan analisis persentase menunjukkan bahwa dari perilaku prokrastinasi mahasiswa dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : penundaan untuk memulai maupun menyelesaikan kerja pada tugas yang dihadapi (65%), keterlambatan dalam mengerjakan tugas (75%), kesenjangan waktu antara rencana dan kinerja aktual (82,7%) dan melakukan aktivitas lain yang lebih menyenangkan daripada melakukan tugas yang harus dikerjakan (87%). Sedangkan faktor-faktor penyebab prokrastinasi mahasiswa diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : faktor internal (85%) dan faktor eksternal (89,5%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo memiliki perilaku prokrastinasi dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya memperoleh persentase sebesar (80,7%).

This quantitative descriptive study describes the procrastination behavior of students and the factors that cause it in students majoring in guidance and counseling at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aimed to determine the behavior of procrastination and the factors that cause it, with populations in this study consisting of students majoring in guidance and counseling with the amount of 349 students while research sampling used the Incidental Sampling with the total of 100 students.
Based on the results of research analyzed by percentage analysis, it was showed that the procrastination behavior of students and the factors that cause it obtained the following results: delay in starting or finishing work on the task at hand (65%), delay in doing the task (75%), the time gap between the plan and actual performance (82.7%) and doing other activities that are more enjoyable than doing the task at hand (87%). Meanwhile, the factors causing student procrastination obtained the following results: internal factors (85%) and external factors (89.5%). This shows that the students majoring in guidance and counseling Faculty of Education has procrastination behavior and the factors that cause it gained a percentage of (80.7%).
