Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap stres kerja guru, (2) pengaruh langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap stres kerja guru, (3) pengaruh langsung iklim kerja terhadap stres kerja guru, (4) pengaruh langsung kecerdasan emosional terhadap iklim kerja, (5) pengaruh langsung kecerdasan spiritual terhadap iklim kerja di SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian adalah guru di SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo yang berjumlah 159 orang, dan sampel berjumlah 60 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung negatif kecerdasan emosional terhadap stres kerja guru, (2) pengaruh langsung negatif kecerdasan spiritual terhadap stres kerja guru, (3) pengaruh langsung negatif iklim kerja terhadap stres kerja guru, (4) pengaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap iklim kerja, (5) pengaruh langsung positif kecerdasan spiritual terhadap iklim kerja di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo.
Saran : 1) Bagi Sekolah : dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan guru tidak hanya melihat dari aspek kecerdasan intelektual saja, melainkan dipadukan dengan kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kemampuan untuk menciptakan suasan kerja sehingga mampu mencegah timbulnya stres kerja guru di dalam suatu pekerjaan. 2) Bagi Guru : hendaknya mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan iklim kerja yang baik yang dapat menceah stres kerjanya dalam lingkungan organisasi. 3) Bagi Peneliti : disarankan agar mampu memperluas indikator-indikator penelitian karena masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja guru.

This research aims to know (1) the influence of emotional intelligence to stress the work of teachers, (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence to stress the work of teachers, (3) a work climate influences to stress the work of teachers, (4) the influence of emotional intelligence against the working climate, (5) the influence of spiritual intelligence against the working climate at SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo city of Gorontalo. This research uses a quantitative approach with the design of descriptive research korelasional. The type of research used in this research is a survey research with approach path analysis (path analysis). The population of the research was a teacher in SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo totalling 159 people, and sample numbering 60 people obtained by random sampling techniques. Engineering data collection using koesioner. The results showed that: (1) there is a direct influence of negative emotional intelligence against the stress of work teachers, (2) direct negative influence of spiritual intelligence to stress the work of teachers, (3) direct influence negatively the working climate to stress the work of teachers, (4) the direct influence of positive emotional intelligence against the working climate, (5) the direct influence of the positive spiritual intelligence against the working climate at SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo city of Gorontalo.
Suggestion : 1) For School : in the implementation of teacher education not only look from the aspect of intellectual intelligence, but rather combined with emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and the ability to create a working atmosphere so as to prevent the onset of teacher work stress in a job. 2) For Teacher : should be able to improve emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and a good working climate that can break the stress of work in an organizational environment. 3) For Researchers : it is suggested to be able to expand the research indicators because there are still some indicators that can affect the work stress of teachers.
