Abstrak

Sri Weti Paputungan. 2018. Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah Pada Sekolah Berprestasi (Studi Kasus di SDN 2 Telaga). Skripsi, Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Prestasi-prestasi yang dicapai sekolah di SDN 2 Telaga; (2) Strategi pelaksanaan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dalam mencapai prestasi di SDN 2 Telaga; (3) Dampak kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dalam mencapai prestasi sekolah di SDN 2 Telaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus.
Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di SDN 2 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo, menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah pada sekolah berprestasi yaitu: (1) Prestasi-prestasi yang dicapai sekolah yakni: (a) Pretasi guru dalam bidang akademik pada olimpiade sains; (b) Sekolah Budaya Mutu (c) Sekolah Adiwiyata (2) prestasi siswa: (a) olimpiade sains; (b) bulu tangkis putri; (c) tari-tarian; (2) Strategi Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah dalam mencapai prestasi di SDN 2 Telaga yakni: (a) memotivasi; (b) memberikan dorongan; (c) membimbing guru dan (d) menyediakan sarana dana prasarana. (3) Dampak Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah Dalam Mencapai Prestasi-Prestasi di SDN 2 Telaga yakni: (1) sekolah: (a) iklim akademik sekolah menjadi baik; (b) kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa merasa senang dan bangga dengan semua prestasi yang telah diraih sekolah; (c) ouput yang berprestasis; (d) sekolah unggulan di Kabupaten Gorontalo; dan (e) prestasi sekolah meningkat setiap tahunnya. (1) Untuk kepala sekolah diharapkan agar tetap memepertahankan semua prestasi yang telah diraih SDN 2 Telaga; (2) Untuk para guru diharapakan agar lebih meningkatkan kemampuan prestasinya sebagai seorang pendidik, serta dapat menjadi contoh yang baik bagi para peserta didik; (3) Bagi dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan diharapkan agar dapat mendukung setiap program kerja kepala sekolah dan dapat memfasilitasi setiap kegiatan pelaksanaan program sekolah untuk mencapai prestasi sekolah; (4) Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, peneliti berharap penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi untuk mempermudah proses penyusunan penelitian.

ABSTRACT
Sri Weti Paputungan, 2018. Situasional Leadership of The School Principal at High Achieving School (A Case Study at SDN 2 Telaga). Nina Lamatenggo, SE, M.Pd and the co-supervisor is Dr. Besse Marhawati, M.Pd.
The study was aimed at investigating (1) The achievements achieved by SDN 2 Telaga; (2) the strategy of the implementation of situational leadership of the school principal in achieving the achievements at SDN 2 Telaga; and (3) The situational leadership of the school principal impacts in achieving the schoolâs achievements in SDN 2 Telaga. The study was a study case with a aqualitative approach.
Findings revealed that (1) The schoolâs achievement were : (a) the achievement of teacher in academic field at science olimpic; (b) Quality Culture School; (c) Adiwiyata School; (2) Studentâs achievement were : (a) science olimpic; (b) famela badminton; and (c) dancing; (2) The situasional leadership strategies of the school principal to achieve the achievement of SDN 2 Telaga were (a) motivating; (b) encouraging; (c) guiding the teacher, and (d) providing the facilities and infrastructure. (3) Impacts of situasional leadership of the school principal for (1) school were; (a) good academic climate was created, (b) the school principal, teachers and students were happy with all the achievement that had been achievement that had been achieved, (c) good ouput, (d) it became favorite school in Gorontalo District; and (e) the achievement of school increased every year. (1) the school principal was expected to maintain all the achievements of SDN 2 Telaga (2) the teachers should increase their achievements as the educator and to become good examples for their students; (3) the Department of Education and Culture was expected to support each work program of school principals and to facilitate each activity of school program to be qualified schools; and (4) other researchers were expected to make this study a reference to facilitate the process of research arrangement.
