Nelpiyanti Hulopi. 2018. Analisis Pemanfaatan Aplikasi IBRA (Integrated Library Information system) dalam Pengelolaan Perpustakaan di SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Pembimbing I Prof. Dr. Phil. H. Ikhfan Haris, M.Sc Pembimbing II Dr. Arifin Suking, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pemanfaatan aplikasi IBRA v.6 pada sistem transaksi 2) pemanfaatan aplikasi IBRA v.6 pada sistem pustaka cetak. 3) pemanfaatan aplikasi IBRA v.6 pada sistem anggota. 4) pemanfaatan aplikasi v.6 pada sistem OPAC, dan 5) pemanfaatan aplikasi v.6 pada sistem laporan di perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo, Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif jenis deskriptif explanatori. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode statistik.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sistem transaksi pada aplikasi IBRA di SMKN 1 Gorontalo berada pada kategori baik. Hal ini di dukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang ada di perpustakaan yang menunjang dalam hal peminjaman, pengembalian yaitu salah satunya barcode scanner. 2) Sistem pustaka cetak pada aplikasi IBRA di SMKN 1 Gorontalo berada pada kategori tidak baik, karena masih ada beberapa diantaranya koleksi majalah, koleksi CD-DVD dan koleksi referensi yang sudah jarang digunakan pada sistem ini. 3) Sistem anggota pada aplikasi IBRA di SMKN 1 Gorontalo berada pada kategori baik. Karena sistem ini digunakan untuk mengolah data siswa sekaligus dalam pembuatan kartu perpustakaan. 4) Sistem OPAC pada aplikasi IBRA di SMKN 1 Gorontalo berada pada kategori tidak baik. Karena untuk pustaka berbagi dan layanan antar itu belum digunakan, walaupun sudah ada pada sistem ini. 5) Sistem laporan pada aplikasi IBRA di SMKN 1 Gorontalo berada pada kategori cukup baik.
Untuk itu di sarankan: 1) Penggunaan aplikasi IBRA pada perpustakaan SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo ini sudah cukup baik, untuk itu kepada kepala perpustakaan agar bisa memanfaatkan aplikasi ini dengan sebaik mungkin agar pengguna dan pengelola sama-sama merasakan manfaatnya. 2) Untuk pengelola, diharapkan untuk lebih teliti dalam penginputan buku dan juga diharapkan semua buku sudah diberikan barcode, agar memudahkan pengguna dan juga pengelola.

The research aimed to know: 1) the us of IBRA v.6 application at transaction system, 2) the use of IBRA v.6 application at printed library system. 3) the us of IBRA v.6 application at membership system. 4) the us of IBRA v.6 application at OPAC system, and 5) the us of IBRA v.6 application at reporting system at the library of SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo. The research applied a quantitative method with explanatory descriptive type. The technique of collecting data used questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The technique of data analysis applied statistics method.
The finding of research found that: 1) transaction system at IBRA application at SMKN 1 Gorontalo was in a good category. It was supported with adequate facility and infrastructure in the library, particularly for borrowing and returning affairs which using a barcode scanner. 2) printed library system at IBRA application at SMKN 1 Gorontalo was in a bad category due to several problems remained existing such as collections of magazine, CD-DVD, and references that rare to be used in the system. 3) membership system at IBRA application at SMKN 1 Gorontalo was in a good category. To support the case, the system was used to process students data in making library card. 4) OPAC system at IBRA application SMKN 1 Gorontalo was in a bad category due to sharing library and service among them was not used yet although it did exist in the system. 5) reporting system at IBRA application at SMKN 1 Gorontalo was in a sufficiently good category.
The following are the recommendation in the research: 1) the use of IBRA application at the library of SMKN 1 Gorontalo has been sufficiently good, thus the library head is suggested ti use the application as well as possible in order to satisfy both users and managers. 2) the managers are expected to be more thorough in inputting books along with their barcode to ease both users and managers.
