Adapun pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertempat di SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo, dengan menjadikan Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo sebagai subjek yang akan ditiliti, yang berjumlah 20 orang terdiri dari 12 orang putra dan 8 orang putri. Dalam pelaksanaanya penelitian ini berlangsung dalam II siklus untuk setiap siklusnya dikenai tindakan sebanyak tiga kali dan satu kali evaluasi, dalam pelaksanaanya penelitian ini dapat dikatakan selesai dan berhasil apabila indikator pencapaian mencapai 75%, sepesfiknya akan di uraikan setiap hasil yang diperoleh siswa seperti berikut. Pada observasi awal hasil capaian siswa dalam melakukan tolak peluru hanya mencapai 56,08. Sedangkan pada siklus I meningkat sebesar 14,17 sehingga hasil capaian siswa pada siklus ini mencapai 70,25, namun peningkatan ini belum sesuai dengan harapan dalam artian bahwa meskipun terjadi peningkatan hasil dari siklus I ini belum mencapai indicator, sehingga penelitian ini perlu dilanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya yakni siklus II, pada siklus hasil yang di peroleh siswa meningkat sebesar 6,58 sehingga mencapai 76,8. Jika melihat hasil dari siklus II ini maka dapat dikatakan erdabahwa capaian pada siklus ini telah mencapai indikator, berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka penelitian ini dinyatakan selesai dan berhasil.

Abstract
The implementation of this research housed at SMAN 2 Gorontalo, by making the Student Class XI SMAN 2 Gorontalo as a subject to be ditiliti, of 20 people consisting of 12 sons and eight daughters. In the implementation of this research takes place in the second cycle for each cycle was subjected to three times and one time of evaluation, the implementation of this research can be said to be complete and successful if indicators of achievement reached 75%, sepesfiknya will describe each of the results obtained by students as follows. At the initial observation results of student achievement in doing shot put only reached 56.08. While the first cycle increased by 14.17 so that the achievements of the students in this cycle reaches 70.25, but this increase has not been in line with expectations in the sense that, despite the increase in the results of the first cycle is not yet reached the indicator, so this study should be continued to cycle following the second cycle, the cycle results in increased student gain of 6.58, to reach 76.8. If you see the results of this second cycle, it can be said erdabahwa achievements in this cycle has reached the indicators, based on these results, this study was complete and successful.
