Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : “Apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif
tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pembelajaran Teknologi
Informatika dan Komputer (TIK) dalam mengoperasikan program Microsoft Word di
SDN No 30 Kota Selatan ?” sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam mengoperasikan Program Microsoft Word
pada TIK melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw di kelas IVa Di SDN
No 30 Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas
(PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dianggap
berhasil jika memenuhi indikator (1) cara membuka Program Microsoft Word,(2)
Mengoperasikan Program Microsoft Word,(3) Cara Menyimpan File pada Microsoft
Word.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, siklus I dengan fokus penelitian
meningkatkan keterampilan mengoperasikan program Microsoft Word pada mata
pelajaran TIK melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw belum mencapai
indikator kinerja, bahwa siswa yang terampil yaitu 12 orang, pada siklus I mencapai
54,54% dan pada siklus II siswa yang terampil yaitu 19 orang mencapai 86,36%
untuk daya serap keberhasilan siswa, pada siklus I mencapai 54,54% dan pada siklus
II meningkat menjadi 86,36%.
Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Mengoperasikan Program Microsoft Word, Model
Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw.

Problems in research in is: "What type of Jigsaw cooperative learning model to
improve learning skills in Information and Computer Technology (ICT) in the
Microsoft word program operates in South City Sdn No 30?" While the purpose of
this study was to improve students' skills in operating Microsoft word program on
learning Infomatika and Computer Technology (ICT) through a model of cooperative
learning in the classroom Jigsaw type IVa in SDN No. 30 South City Gorontalocity.
The method used in this study is the method of Classroom Action Research (PTK),
which is implemented in two cycles. Classroom action research was considered
successful if it meets the indicator (1) how to open a Microsoft Word Program, (2)
Operating a Microsoft Word Program, (3) How to Save Files in Microsoft Word. The
research was carried out on SDN No. 30 South City Gorontalo city with the
characteristics of the study subjects were students in grade IVa by the number of 22
students consisting of 13 males and 9 females.
Based on the results of research and discussion, I cycle with a focus on improving
skills of operating the Microsoft Word program on ICT subjects with type Jigsaw
cooperative learning model has not achieved the performance indicator, that the 12
students who are skilled people, the cycle I reached 54.54% and the the second cycle
of 19 students are skilled people reached 86.36% for the absorption of student
success, in cycles and I reached 54.54% in the second cycle increased to 86.36%.
