Abstrak

Tentang Materi Harga Diri Dengan Menggunakan Metode Drill Di Kelas III SDN
No. 7 Kecamatan Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo.” Suatu penelitian Tindakan Kelas,
Skripsi, Gorontalo, Program S1 PGSD, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri
Gorontalo, 2012.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pemahaman siswa pada
materi harga diri dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan metode drill di kelas III
SDN 07 Kota Barat. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan
pemahaman siswa pada materi harga diri dengan menggunakan metode drill di kelas
III SDN No. 07 Kota Barat. Sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu
deskriptif kualitatif.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dimana tindakan
penelitian dihentikan jika telah tercapai kriteria ketuntasan belajar sebesar 87% dari
jumlah keseluruhan subyek penelitian dengan rata-rata skor lebih dari 65. Subyek
dalam penelitian ini adalah 23 siswa kelas III SDN 07 Kota Barat. Tahun pelajaran
2011-2012. Pemahaman siswa diukur berdasarkan kriteria ketuntasan belajar
perorangan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemahaman siswa dari hasil observasi
awal 52% meningkat menjadi 65,21% pada siklus I. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi
87% pada siklus II.
Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian bahwa dengan menggunakan metode drill
pemahaman siswa pada pembelajaran PKn materi harga diri mengalami peningkatan
yang baik.

Problems in this study is whether students' understanding of the material self-esteem
can be improved by using the drill method in class III SDN 07 West Town. The
research goal is to enhance students' understanding of the material self-esteem by
using the drill method in class SDN No. III. 07 West Town. While the data analysis
technique used is descriptive qualitative.
This study uses a Class Action Research, in which the action is stopped if the
research has achieved learning criterion of 87% completeness of the total number of
study subjects with an average score of more than 65. The subjects in this study were
23 third grade students of SDN 07 West Town. 2011-2012 school year.
Understanding of student learning is measured by the criteria of individual
completeness.
The results showed that students' understanding of the early observations of 52%
rising to 65.21% in cycle I. In the second cycle increased to 87% in cycle II.
Conclusions from the study that by using the drill method of learning the students'
understanding of civic pride increased the material well.
