Sederhana melalui Media Square Fraction di Kelas III SDN 79 Kota Tengah Kota

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah media square fraction dapat
meningkatkan kemampuan membandingkan dua pecahan sederhana pada kelas III
SDN 79 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
meningkatkan kemampuan membandingkan dua pecahan sederhana pada siswa kelas
III SDN 79 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo melalui media square fraction.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan
Kelas (PTK) digunakan untuk memperbaiki pembelajaran membandingkan dua
pecahan sederhana melalui media square fraction.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, pada siklus I siswa yang mampu
membandingkan dua pecahan sederhana sebanyak 16 siswa atau 66,67% yang
memperoleh nilai 65 ke atas dari 24 jumlah siswa kelas III, dan yang belum mampu
membandingkan dua pecahan sederhana sebanyak 8 siswa atau 33,33% yang
memperoleh nilai 65 ke bawah, sehingga belum mencapai indikator kinerja 75%,
maka penelitian ini dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Pada siklus II siswa yang yang mampu
membandingkan dua pecahan sederhana sebanyak 20 siswa atau 83,33% dan yang
belum mampu membandingkan dua pecahan sederhana sebanyak 4 siswa atau
16,67% yang memperoleh nilai 65 ke bawah..
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa melalui media
square fraction kemampuan membandingkan dua pecahan sederhana pada siswa
kelas III SDN 79 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo meningkat.

Problems in this study is whether the media square fraction could increase the ability
to compare two simple fractions in grade III Central City Elementary School 79
Gorontalo city?. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to compare two
simple fractions in third grade students of SDN 79 Central City Gorontalo city
through the media square fraction.
The method which used in this research is method Classroom Action Research (CAR)
is used to provide an overview about the increased the ability of compare two
fractional simple with the media square fraction was.
The research was conducted in two cycles, the cycle of I students are able to compare
two simple fractions as much as 16 or 66.67% of students who received grades 65
and 24 the number of students from class III, and which have not been able to
compare two simple fractions or as many as 8 students 33.33% to obtain the value 65
to the bottom, so it has not reached 75% of performance indicators, the study
continued in the second cycle. In the second cycle students who are able to compare
two simple fractions of 20 students or 83.33% and that have not been able to compare
two simple fractions as much as 4 or 16.67% of students who received grades 65 and
below ..
Based on the results of research and discussion is concluded that through the medium
