Skripsi, Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dengan Pembimbing I Dra. Martianty Nalole, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Ismail Pioke, S.Pd, M.Pd.
Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi kurangnya pemahaman siswa belajar matematika di kelas III SDN No. 77 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo? Dengan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kurangnya pemahaman siswa belajar matematika di kelas III SDN No. 77 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kurangnya pemahaman siswa belajar matematika di kelas III SDN No. 77 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo yaitu pertama, faktor guru meliputi latar belakang pendidikan guru, pengalaman mengajar, dan pemanfaatan waktu. Kedua, faktor siswa yaitu minat, perhatian dan kebiasaan belajar. Ketiga, faktor fasilitas meliputi perpustakaan sekolah dan buku-buku pelajaran. Jadi, disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi kurangnya pemahaman siswa belajar matematika di kelas III SDN No. 77 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo adalah faktor siswa meliputi minat, perhatian dan kebiasaan belajar. Serta faktor fasilitas meliputi perpustakaan sekolah dan buku-buku pelajaran.

As for the formulation of the problem in this study are the factors that influence whether a lack of understanding of students learning mathematics in class III SDN No. 77 Central City of Gorontalo? With the aim of this study was to describe the factors that contributed to the lack of understanding of students learning mathematics in class III SDN No. 77 Central City of Gorontalo. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method through observation and interviews. This type of research is qualitative.
Based on the results of research and discussion that the factors that contributed to the lack of understanding of students learning mathematics in class III SDN No. 77 Central City of Gorontalo: first, teachers factors include teacher education background, teaching experience, and the use of time. Second, student factor is the interest, attention and study habits. Third, factors include the school library facilities and textbooks. Thus, it was concluded that the factors which influence the lack of understanding of students learning mathematics in class III SDN No. 77 Central City of Gorontalo is a factor students include interest, attention and study habits. As well as factors include the school library facilities and textbooks.
