Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengararuhi rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di kelas V SDN 3 tilango kecamatan Tilango kabupaten gorontalo.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam memotivasi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PKn di kelas V SDN 3 Tilango.Metode yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi.Sampel penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah,guru kelas,dan siswa kelas VSDN 3 tilango.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran di kelas V sudah cukup maksimal,karena adanya upaya guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa.Upaya tersebut berupa dorongan dan semangat guru terhadap siswa,dan siswa mulai tertarik untuk belajar mata pelajaran PKn.

The formulation of the problem in the research is any factors that influence the low motivation of student learning in Civics subjects in class V SDN 3 Tilango Tilango sub-district Gorontalo.The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of teachers in motivating students in learning activities in Civics subjects in class V SDN 3 Tilango.The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The sample of this study is the principal, class teacher, and students of class 3 VSDN Tilango.
Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the learning process in class V is quite maximal, because of the efforts of teachers to motivate student learning. The effort is in the form of encouragement and enthusiasm of teachers towards students, and students are interested in learning PKn subjects.
