Kemampuan Berbicara Siswa Dengan Model Think Pair Share (TPS) Di Kelas V SDN 01 Dulupi Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo, Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dibawah bimbingan oleh Dra. Hj. Evi Hasim, M.Pd sebagai pembimbing I dan Wiwy T. Pulukadang, S.Pd, M.Pd sebagai pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan berbicara siswa dengan model think pair share (TPS) di kelas V SDN 01 Dulupi Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil observasi mengenai kemampuan berbicara siswa dengan model think pair share yaitu dari 28 siswa, siswa yang mampu 21 orang (75 %), kurang mampu 5 orang siswa (17,85 %), dan tidak mampu 2 orang siswa (7,14 %) . Jadi kesimpulannya adalah kemampuan berbicara siswa dengan model think pair share (TPS) Di Kelas V SDN 01 Dulupi Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo dikategorikan baik. Saran peneliti adalah untuk dapat membangun minat dan semangat siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran, guru hendaknya mampu memilih model dan media yang sesuai.
Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan berbicara siswa dengan model think pair share (TPS) di kelas V SDN 01 Dulupi Kecamatan Dulupi Kabupaten Boalemo dapat membuat siswa mampu berbicara dengan baik.

ABSTRACT: Inka P. Tongo Tongo. 2015. Students' Speaking Ability through Think Pair Share (TPS) Model at Class V, SDN 1 Dulupi, Dulupi Sub District, Baolemo District. The principal supervisor was Dra.Hj.Evi Hasim,M.Pd and co-supervisor was Wiwy T.Pulukadang, S.Pd, M.Pd.
This researched was aimed at finding out how students' speaking ability by using Think Pair Share model at class V, SDN 1 Dulupi, Dulupi Sub District, Boalemo District is. This research was a qualitative descriptive research in purpose to describe students' ability. Based on the observation of students' speaking ability by using think pair share model, there werw 21bstudents (75%) who were capable, 5 student (17,85 %) were less capable and 2 students (7,14%) were incapable. Hence, it can be concluded that students' speaking ability through Think pair Share (TPS) model at class V, SDN 1 Dulupi, Dulupi Sub District, Boalemo District was categorized good. It is suggested that, in order to develop the interests and spirit of the students to attend the learning process, the teachers should select the appropriate model and methods
In other words, it can be inferred that students' speaking ability through Think Pair Share (TPS) model at class V, SDN 1 Dulupi, Dulupi Sub Disctrict, Boalemo District can lead the students speak well
