Penerapan Model Talking Stick Dalam Membaca Cepat Pada Siswa kelas III SDN 01 Botumoito Kabupaten Boalemo, Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dibawah bimbingan oleh Dra. Hj. Evi Hasim, M.Pd sebagai pembimbing I dan Wiwy T. Pulukadang, S.Pd, M.Pd sebagai pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick dalam membaca cepat pada siswa kelas 3 SDN 01 Botumoito. Rumusan Masalah yaitu Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick dalam membaca cepat pada siswa kelas 3 SDN 01 Botumoito. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil observasi mengenai kemampuan siswa membaca cepat menggunakan model talking stick yaitu pada siswa yang mampu 12 0rang (60%), kurang mampu 6 orang siswa (30 %), dan tidak mampu 2 orang siswa (10%).
Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa dengan menggunakan Penerapan model talking stick dalam membaca cepat pada siswa kelas III SDN 01 Botumoito Kecamatan Botumoito Kabupaten Boalemo dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam membaca cepat dengan menggunakan model talking stick perlu bimbingan dan latihan dari guru.

This study aimed to describe the application of Learning Model Talking Stick in a quick read on a third grade students of SDN 01 Botumoito. Problem Formulation ie How the application of learning models talking stick in a quick read at grade 3 students of SDN 01 Botumoito. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. From the observation of the student's ability to read quickly using a model that is the talking stick is capable of 12 0rang students (60%), less capable 6 students (30%), and not being able 2 students (10%).
Thus it can be said that with the adoption of the model using the talking stick in a quick read at the third grade students of SDN 01 Botumoito Botumoito District of the district was able to increase the students' understanding of the concept. It can be concluded that students' skills in reading quickly using talking stick models need guidance and training of teachers.
