Rumusan masalah dalam penelitin ini adalah apakah melalui model talking stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SDN 05 Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo ? Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa melalui model talking stick pada pembelajaran IPS di Kelas V SDN 05 Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, tes dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model talking stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SDN 05 Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I, sebesar 59% dan pada siklus II sebesar 82%. Dari keseluruhan tindakan pada penelitian tindakan kelas dapat dikatakan berhasil apabila hasil dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Sehingga dapat membawa kearah peningkatan proses pembelajaran serta peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas V dapat ditingkatkan melalui model talking stick

This problem statement of this research is whether the implementation of Talking Stick Model in social sciences subject is able to improve grade V students' learning achievement, at Elementary School SDN 5 Tilamuta, Boalemo Regency. It is aimed at improving students' learning by implementing such a learning model. This classroom action research employed methods, such as observation, test, and documentation to collect the data.
The results reveal that the implementation of Talking Stick Model in social sciences subject is able to improve grade V students' learning achievement, at the site area. This is based on the percentage of the students' achievement in cycle I (59%) and cycle 11(82%). In other words, the treatment can only be successful if there is an increase in the results of cycle II from cycle I in terms of the progress of students' learning. it is inferred that Talking Stick model is effective since it enhances the students' learning in social sciences subject.
