Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah ApakahTerdapat Pengaruh PenggunaanModel PembelajaranValue Clarification Technique ( VCT ) Terhadap Hasil BelajarPKn Di Kelas VSDN 81 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuktikan pengaruh Model PembelajaranValue Clarification Technique( VCT ) Terhadap hasil belajarPKn Di Kelas VSDN 81 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Pre-experimental Design dengan rancangan One group pretest-posttest design. Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Value Clarification Teechnique (VCT) dan Variabel Dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 81 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo sebanyak 20 siswa dijadikan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif untuk perbedaan dua macam sampel dependen.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran VCT terhadap hasil belajar PKn pada siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran VCT 24,5 dan setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran VCT 89,5. Hal ini juga ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t independen diperoleh nilai t_hitung sebesar 26,32 dan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan distribusi t_tabel sebesar 2,54. Jika dibandingkan harga t_hitung dengan t_tabel, maka harga t_hitung lebih besar dari t_tabel artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar sebelum menerapkan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) pada pretest dan sesudah menerapkan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) pada posttest.
Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) dalam pembelajaran PKn memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PKn pada siswa kelas V SDN 81 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo.

The problem in this research is 'is there any influence in using Values Clarification Technique Learning model on civic education Learning Outcomes Toward Class V SDN 81 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo.The purpose of this reseach is to prove the influence of Value clarification Technique Learning model on civic education learning outcomes at Class V at the research area.
This research was conducted by using Pre-experimental design Method with One Group Pretest-Posttes design.Independent variable is the learning outcome of class V SDN 81 kota tengah kota gorontalo student as many as 20 students used a sample.This study uses test instrument.Data analysis applied in the research is descriptive analysis for the differences of two kinds of dependent samples.
Based on the result of the research,there is an influence in using VCT learning model toward the students'learning outcomes,withthe average score before using VCT 24.5 and after applying VCT 89.5.It is also shown from the independent t test result obtained t_(count )is 26.32; therefor.the data obtained based on the distribution of t_tableis 2.54.Compared to the price of t_(count )with t_(table ),then the t_(count )value is greater than t_(table )which means yhere is a significant difference between the learning result before applying the Value clarification technique ( VCT) learning model to the Pretest and after applying the Value clarification technique ( VCT) learning model on Posttest.
The conclussion of this research is it gives significant influence to Class V SDN 81 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo students' learning outcomes on civic education by applying Value clarification technique ( VCT) learning model.
