Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi fotosintesis di kelas V SDN 77 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pop-Up Book Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Fotosintesis Di Kelas V SDN 77 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa terdiri dari 16 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 16 siswa kelas kontrol. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran dan variable terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh penggunaan media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi fotosintesis di Kelas V, yang dilihat dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu 5,57> 1,70 dengan derajat kebebasan (db) = 30, dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan demikian Ho ditolak.

This research aims to find out the effect of using Pop-Up Book learning medium on students' learning outcome in Photosynthesis learning material at Grade V Elementary School SDN 77 Kota Tengah, Gorontalo City; this is formulated based on the problem of this research.This research employed quasi-experimental method and saturation sampling technique in taking the sample. As many as 32 students consisting of 16 students from experimental class and 16 students from control class were involved as the research subject. The independent variable was learning medium, and the dependent one is students' learning outcome.
The result indicates that there is a difference of the effect of using Pop-Up Book learning medium on students' learning outcome in photosynthesis learning material in the site area. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, H0 is rejected because t-count > t-table or 5.57 > 1.70 with the degree of freedom (df) = 30 and the significance level = 0.05.
