Tujuanya adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa berprestasi di SDN 02 Tilamuta Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode naturalistik kualitatif. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa motivasi belajar siswa berprestasi di SDN 02 Tilamuta sangat besar. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil wawancara terhadap 6 guru, 18 orang tua siswa dan 18 siswa yang mampu memotivasi diri sendiri serta mendapatkan dorongan motivasi dari orang tua dan guru. Terkait temuan penelitian maka disarankan adanya peran guru dan orang tua dalam memotivasi siswa agar belajar lebih giat.

The goal of this study is to know the motivation of students achievement in SDN 02 Tilamuta, Tilamuta, Boalemo District. This research used qualitative methodology. Data collection is conducted through interview, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this study those students achievement at SDN 02 Tilamuta have enormous motivation to learn. This is proved by the results of interviews with 6 teachers, 18 students' parents and 18 students who were able to motivate themselves and received encouragement motivation from parents and teachers. Related to the research findings, therefore, it is suggested to the teachers and parents to play active roles in motivating students to study harder.
