Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini "apakah dengan menggunakan model Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Example Non Example dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di Kelas III SDN 2 Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango?". Dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui Model Koopertif tipe Example Non Example pada mata pelajaran PKn di Kelas III SDN 2 Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus dengan subjek penelitiannya siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 23 orang. Masing-masing siklus terdiri beberapa tahapan yaitu ; tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan tindakan, tahap pemantauan dan evaluasi, serta tahap refleksi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukan bahwa siswa yang meningkat hasil belajarnya berjumlah 13 orang dengan presentase 57% dan yang belum meningkat 10 orang atau 43%. Hal tersebut belum mencapai indikator kinerja yang diharapkan, sehingga dilakukan tindakan lanjutan ke siklus II. Pada siklus II menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar, siswa yang meningkat hasil belajarnya berjumlah 19 orang dengan presentase 82% dan yang belum meningkat 4 orang atau 18%. Hasil pada siklus II ini sudah mencapai indikator kinerja yang ditetapkan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model Example Non Example dapat meningkakan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn di kelas III SDN 2 Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango.

The problem statement of this research is "can studentsin Civic Education subject in Class III SDN 2 Kabila Bone Bolango regency improvetheir learning outcomes by using cooperative learning type Example Non-Examplemodel?".Moreover, this research aims to improve student learning outcomes through Model Cooperative type Example Non-Examplein civic educationsubjects in Class III SDN 2 Kabila Bone Bolangoregency.
This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles with the subjects of research class III students with a total of 23 people. Each cycle consists of several stages, namely; preparation stage, implementation actionstage, monitoring and evaluation stage, and reflection stage.
Based on the results of research, the first cycle shows that students with increased learning outcomes are 13 people with a percentage of 57% and the other 10 people or 43% are the opposite. It is below the expected performance indicators so that further action was taken to cycle II. The second cycle shows an improvement in learning outcomes, students withincreased learning outcomes are 19 people with 82% and others who are not increased consist of 4 people or 18%. The results of this cycle II reach the indicator of performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the model Example Non-Example can improve students' learning outcomes in civic education subject in class III SDN 2 Kabila, Bone Bolangoregency.
