Rumusan masalah Apakah pemahaman konsep bilangan romawi pada siswa kelas IV SDN 06 Limboto Barat dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran Make-a Match ?. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan romawi melalui model pembelajaran Make-a Match pada siswa Kelas IV SDN 06 Limboto Barat Kabupaten Gorontalo . Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 4 tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pemantauan dan evaluasi, dan analisis dan refleksi dengan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, tes dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I yang memahami konsep bilangan romawi sebanyak 20 siswa atau 66,67% dan yang belum memahami sebanyak 10 siswa atau 33,33% hal ini belum sesuai dengan indikator yang ditetapkan yakni minimal 75% siswa yang dikenai tindakan memperoleh nilai 75 keatas sehingga dilanjutkan pada siklus ke II , pada siklus ke II yang memahami konsep bilangan romawi sebanyak 24 siswa atau 80% dan yang belum memahami sebanyak 6 siswa atau 20% kemudian siswa yang belum memahami tersebut diberikan bimbingan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa dengan melalui model pembelajaran Make-a Match pemahaman konsep bilangan romawi pada kelas IV SDN 06 Limboto Barat Kabupaten Gorontalo meningkat.

This research is intended to determine whether or not Make-a-Match learning model is able to improve students' understanding of the concept of Roman numerals at Grade IV, SDN 6 Limboto Barat Elementary School, Gorontalo Regency. It also serves as the problem statement of this research. This classroom action research was conducted in four stages, i.e., preparation, treatment, observation and evaluation, as well as analysis and reflection. The data were collected from observation and documentation.
The results reveal that in cycle I, there are 20 students (66.67%) who are able to understand the concept of Roman numerals while the other 10 students (33.33%) are the opposite. Furthermore, such a condition does not satisfy the minimum standard which there must be 75% of students with a score higher than 75 in one class; therefore, the research proceeds to cycle II. In cycle II, the number of students who understand the concept of Roman numerals has been rose to 24 students (80%) and the rest 6 students (20%) still find it difficult to comprehend this concept. These 6 students participate in a tutoring. In conclusion. Make-a-Match learning model is able to improve students' understanding of the concept of Roman numerals in the site area.
