Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah,1) bagaimana pelaksanaan PPK berbasis kelas di SD se-Kecamatan Batudaa?, 2) bagaimanakah pelaksanaan PPKberbasis budaya sekolah di SD se-Kecamatan Batudaa ?, 3) bagaimanakah pelaksanaan PPKberbasis masyarakat di SD se-Kecamatan Batudaa ?Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang: Pelaksanaan PPKberbasis kelas, berbasis budaya sekolah, dan berbasis masyarakat di SD se-Kecamatan Batudaa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pendidiksekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Batudaa yang berjumlah 121 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 50 orang yang diambil secara acak. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan PPK di SD se-Kecamatan Batudaa yang meliputi, PPK berbasis kelas memperoleh kategori cukup (58,07%), PPK berbasis budaya sekolah memperoleh kategori cukup (57%), PPK berbasis masyarakat memperoleh kategori cukup (57,94%). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan PPK di SD se-Kecamatan Batudaa Kabupaten Gorontalo belum terlaksana dengan baik (cukup), ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata persentase keseluruhan jawaban responden sebesar 57.67%.

The problem statements of this research are 1) how is the implementation of class-based Strengthening Education Character (PPK) at elementary schools in all districts of Batudaa, 2); how is the implementation of school culture-based PPK at elementary schools in all districts of Batudaa?; 3) how is the implementation of community-based PPK at elementary schools in all districts of Batudaa? The purpose of this study is to describe: Implementation of class-based, school culture-based, and community-based PPK at elementary schools in all districts of Batudaa. This descriptive research used using quantitative approach by involving all the educators at elementary schools in all districts of Batudaa which amounted to 121 people as the population and sampling 50 people were taken randomly. The data were further collected by employing questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of PPK at elementary schools in all districts of Batudaa includes class-based PPK which obtains 58.07% sufficient category; school culture-based PPK obtains 57% sufficient category; and, community-based PPK obtains 57.94 % sufficient category. Therefore, it concludes that the implementation of PPK at elementary schools in all districts of Batudaa, Gorontalo Regency, has not performed well (enough), indicated by the average percentage of respondents' overall answer as much as 57.67%.
