Abstrak

Fatia Amama. 2019. Penerapan model pembelajaran card sort pada mata pelajaran PKn di Kelas III SDN 13 Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Dra. Elmia Umar, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Dr.Zulaecha Ngiu, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran card sort pada mata pelajaran PKn di Kelas III SDN 13 Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Penerapan model pembelajaran card sort dalam mata pelajaran PKn khususnya yang menyangkut materi telah dilakukan oleh guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran card sort yaitu : Dalam persiapan guru menuliskan materi dan bagian-bagiannya ke dalam kertas karton atau yang lainnya secara terpisah. Kertas di acak dan setiap siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk mengambil satu kertas, atau beberapa siswa mengambil kertas tersebut lalu membagikannya satu persatu pada teman-temannya. Guru sudah membagikan materi, namun ada beberapa siswa yang berdekatan tempat duduk mendapatkan materi yang sama. Guru menempelkan materi dengan media karton yang tulisannya relative kecil, sehingga siswa yang duduk dibelakang kesulitan membaca. Pembagian kartu materi sudah sesuai, kelompok siswa terbentuk secara seimbang. Siswa yang mempresentasikan hasil pembahasan adalah siswa yang biasa aktif berbicara di kelas, sehingga tidak memberikan kesempatan siswa lainnya yang cenderung pasif dalam kelas.
Penggunaan model pembelajaran card sort biasanya bersinergi dengan model lain dan selanjutnya secara apik meracik dan memadukannya secara baik dan menarik. Maka model pembelajaran card sort ini berlangsung secara efektif karena ditunjang oleh model lain.

This qualitative descriptive study describes the application of the card sort learning model on Civis, in which its data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of learning models sort cards on Civic Education subject regarding the material that has been done by the teacher, namely: preparation, the theacer writes the material and the parts into cartons paper or others separately. Paper was scrambled and each student is given the opportunity to take one paper, or some students took paper and share it with their classmates. The material was distributed by the teacher, but there were some students who were close to the chair getting similiar material. After that, the teacher attached the material on the carton whit small letters, so the students who sat behind are having a hard time reading. The material distribution was equal and the groups were balance. Students who agree on the results of the discussion were students who were ussualy active speaking on class which caused fewer opportunities for other students who tended to be passive in class. The use of learning cards sort models usually synergized with other models in the form of lecture methods, so that teachers were able to control and associated with other models in an interesting manner. Thus, this kind of card learning model takes place effectively because it is supported by other models.
