Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah "Apakah melalui metode pemberian tugas kreativitas siswa kelas IV SDN 13 Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo dalam memanfaatkan barang bekas dapat meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa memanfaatkan barang bekas melalui metode pemberian tugas pada siswa kelas IV SDN 13 Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 13 Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan jumlah 24 siswa.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan/tindakan, pemantauan dan refleksi dalam dua kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kreativitas siswa memanfaatkan barang bekas dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode pemberian tugas. Hal ini tersebut ditunjukan dengan nilai kreativitas siswa dalam memanfaatkan barang bekas pada kondisi awal 5% kemudian pada siklus I pertemuan pertama menjadi 8% setelah diberikan tindakan perbaikan siklus I pertemuan kedua meningkat menjadi 37%, sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan pertama nilai yang dicapai siswa meningkat sebesar 80% dan pada siklus II pertemuan kedua menjadi 92%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan melalui metode pemberian tugas, kreativitas siswa memanfaatkan barang bekas penelitian pada siswa kelas IV SDN 13 Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo Meningkat.

The problem statement of this study is "Is it through the assignment method of creativity to fourth-grade students of SDN 13 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo Regency in utilizing used goods can increase? The purpose of this study is to improve the creativity of students using used goods in the grade IV students of SDN 13 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo Regency through the assignment method. The subjects in this study were IV grade students of SDN 13 Telaga Biru Gorontalo Regency with 24 students.
This study employed a classroom action research that carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, i.e. planning, implementation/action, monitoring, and reflection in two meetings. The results of this study indicate that the creativity of students utilizing used goods can be improved through the assignment method, before treatment, the studentsâ creativity level was 5%. Therefore, in the first cycle of the first meeting there were creative 2 students or 8% and non-creative students were 22 or 92%. Therefore, in the second meeting of the first cycle, there were 9 creative students or 37% and non-creative students numbered 15 people or 63%. Meanwhile, in the first meeting of the second cycle increased creative students numbering 19 people or 80% and in the second meeting become 92%. Thus, it concludes that through the assignment method, the creativity of students utilizing used goods on IV grade students of Elementary of SDN 13 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo regency increases.
