Ferawati Gandura. 2018. pengaruh penggunaan metode inquiri terhadap hasil belajar volume kubus dan balok pada siswa di kelas V sdn 90 Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Skripsi, Program Studi Ilmu Pendidikan Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD), Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode inquiri terhadap hasil belajar volume kubus dan balok pada siswa di kelas V sdn 90 Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar volume kubus dan balok variable bebasnya adalah metode inquiri. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SDN 90 Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yakni menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik tes dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t independen untuk menguji hipotesis yang didahului dengan uji prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas dan uji reliabelitas. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji t independen pada taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh thitung = 10,90 dan ttabel= 2,09 atau thitung > ttabel dengan kata lain thitung berada diluar daerah penerimaan hipotesis Ho (Ho ditolak) yang berarti menerima hipotesis alternatif (Ha diterima). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh metode inquiri terhadap hasil belajar volume kubus dan balok pada siswa kelas V SDN 90 Sipatana Kota Gorontalo

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of inquiry method on studnts achievement in learning a cube and square prisms, this research is an experiment quantitative with one group pre-test and post-test design. The dependent variable of this research is learning achievement on the cube and squere prism, and the independent variable is the inquiry method. The population of this research is all students. The data was obtained through observation technique, questionnaire, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using ttest to prove the hypothesis which is preceded by normality and reliability test as a pre-requisite test. It is proved by the result of independent ttest on 5% level of significance. It is obtained that tcount = 10.90 and tlist = 2.09 or tcount>tlist which means the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this research is the inquiry method affects students achievement in learning a cube and square prisms.
