Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah "Apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Inside Outside Circle terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 82 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo?" Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Inside Outside Circle terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 82 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode true eksperimen, menggunakan desain Post test Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V, sampel yaitu 18 siswa kelas VA (kelas kontrol) dan 18 siswa kelas VB (kelas eksperimen). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa dan tes sebagai pendukung. Pengajuan hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t independen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa kelas ekperimen (75,1) lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa kelas kontrol (50,3). Pada uji hipotesis peneliti menunjukan hasil thitung = 5.402 >ttabel= 1.691. Maka berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, hipotesis H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Inside Outside Circle terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 82 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo.

As based on the problem statement, the study delved to explore the influence of the Inside-outside circle learning model on V Class studentsĢ learning activity in natural sciences subjects in SD 82 State Elementary School in Kota Tengah, Gorontalo. The quantitative research employed a true experimental method with Post-test only control group design. The research population comprised all students in fifth grade, or 18 students of VA (control) class, and 18 students of VB (experimental) class. The data were acquired by studentsĢ observation sheets and tests. The research hypothesis was tested by an independent t-test. The results revealed that the average learning activity of the experiment class (75.1) was higher than that of the control class (50.3). The hypothesis test resulted that the tcount (5.402) > ttable (1.691). The number signifies that the H1 was accepted and the H0 was rejected. Therefore, it was concluded that the Inside-outside Circle model was effective towards the studentsĢ learning activity in the natural sciences subject in the research site.
