Abstrak
ABSTRAK Syafii, Firdaus Fahrian. 2020. Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Kultur Sekolah Di SDN 4 Bulango Tmur. Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Dra. Hj. Salma Halidu, S.Pd, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Dra. Ratnarti Pahrun, M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) bagaimana perencanaan pendidikan karakter melalui kultur sekolah di SDN 4 Bulango Timur, (2) bagaimana penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui kultur sekolah di SDN 4 Bulango Timur, dan (3) apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui kultur sekolah di SDN 4 Bulango Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan expert opinion. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai pendidikan karakter melalui kultur sekolah di SDN 4 Bulango Timur ditemukan bahwa perencanaan pendidikan karakter dimulai dari analisis kondisi sekolah, menentukan nilai-nilai karakter yang menjadi prioritas sekolah yakni nilai religius, disiplin, cinta tanah air dan peduli lingkungan, kemudian menyusun program unggulan dari pendidikan karakter, dan mensosialisasikannya kepada seluruh pihak sekolah. Pelaksanannya terealisasi melalui lapisan artefak sekolah dan didukung oleh tenaga pendidik yang memiliki keterampilan, komitmen dan kesungguhan dalam menjalankan pendidikan karakter. Based on the results of research and discussion of character education through school culture at SDN 4 Bulango Timur, it was found that character education planning starts from analyzing school conditions, determining character values ¢¢that are school priorities, namely religious values, discipline, love for the country and caring for the environment, then compile excellent programs of character education, and disseminate it to all schools. The implementation is realized through layers of school artifacts and is supported by educators who have the skills, commitment and sincerity in carrying out character education.
