Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran problem possing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPA tema 4 di kelas V SDN 18 limboto kabupaten gorontalo. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan rancangan On-Group Pre-test-Post-test Design. Variabel bebas yaitu model pembelajaran problem possing dan variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SDN 18 limboto kabupaten gorontalo, sampel yaitu 20 siswa kelas V Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh nilai rata-rata Pre-test sebesar 40,67 sedangkan post-test sebesar 75,33. Jika dibandingkan nilai rata-rata Pre-test dan post-test maka nilai rata-rata post-test lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata Pre-test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis thitung = 11,689 > ttabel = 1.729. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran problem possing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPA tema 4 di kelas V SDN 18 Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo.

The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is there an influence of the use of the model of problem possing learning on student learning outcomes in the content of science lessons in class V SDN 18 limboto Gorontalo district?". This study aims to determine the effect of the use of problem possing learning models on student learning outcomes on the subject matter of Natural Science 4 in class V SDN 18 limboto gor Gorontalo district. This research is quantitative research and this type of research is Pre-Experimental Design with On-Group Pre-test-Post-test Design. The independent variable is the problem possing learning model and the dependent variable is the learning outcome. The population in the study were all 18 limboto elementary school students in Gorontalo regency, the sample was 20 fifth grade students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of the study and discussion obtained an average pre-test of 40.67 while the post-test of 75.33. When compared to the average value of Pre-test and post-test, the average value of the post-test is higher than the average value of the Pre-test. Hypothesis testing results tcount = 11.689> ttable = 1.729. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the model of problem possing learning on student learning outcomes in the content of science subjects theme 4 sub themes 1 in class V SDN 18 limboto Gorontalo district.
