Abstrak
Triana Susilawaty H. Kalaka, 2020. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Siswa Menulis Paragraf Melalui Media Puzzle di Kelas IV SDN 1 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini bermaksud "Apakah dengan menggunakan media Puzzle dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis paragraf pada siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo?". Tujuan penelitian ini, meningkatkan kemampuan menulis paragraf melalui media Puzzle bagi siswa tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan mneggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi awal, tes, dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa dari 23 siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo dalam kemampuan menulis paragraf hanya terdapat 3 orang siswa yang mampu atau 13%. Pada tindakan siklus I terdapat siswa yang mampu menulis paragraf berjumlah 7 orang atau 30%. Jumlah dan presentase tersebut meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 19 siswa atau 83% termasuk pada kategori mampu menulis paragraf berdasarkan indikator yang ditetapkan. Disimpulkan bahwa mendia Puzzle dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis paragraf pada siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Tilango Kabupaten Gorontalo.

The problem statement in this research was whether or not the use of puzzle media could improve writing paragraph skill at students of grade IV at SDN 1 Tilango, Gorontalo District. The objective of the research was to improve studentsƒƒ‚‚ƒ‚ƒ‚ƒ‚ƒƒ‚‚ƒ‚‚ skill in writing paragraph through puzzle media at grad IV of SDN 1 Tilango, Gorontalo District. The researcher applied Clasroom Action Research method in which the technique of data collection used initial observation, test, and documentation.
Based on the initial observation, out of 23 students at grade IV of SDN 1 Tilango, Gorontalo District, there were only 3 student or 13% who were able in writing a paragraph. The treatment in cycle I found 7 students or 30% who were able in writing a paragraph. The number and percentage improved in cycle II where 19 students or 83% rwew in able to write paragraph category based on the determined indicator. Therefore, it Ws concluded that puzzle media could improve writing paragraph skill at students of grade IV at SDN 1 Tilango, Gorontalo District.
