Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah ƒ..."Apakah dengan melalui pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), kemampuan menghitung keliling dan luas persegi panjang pada siswa kelas IV SDN 01 Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango dapat meningkat?ƒ‚ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghitung keliling dan luas persegi panjang melalui pendekatan contextual teaching and learning (CTL) pada siswa kelas IV SDN 01 Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 4 tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan tindakan kelas, pemantauan dan evaluasi, dan analisis dan refleksi dengan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I yang mampu sebanyak 9 siswa dengan presentase 45% dan yang tidak mampu sebanyak 11 siswa dengan presentase 55% hal ini belum sesuai dengan indikator yang ditetapkan yakni minimal 80% siswa yang dikenai tindakan memperoleh nilai 70 ke atas sehingga dilanjutkan pada siklus ke II, pada sikus ke II yang mampu sebanyak 19 siswa dengan presentase 95% dan yang belum mampu sebanyak I siswa dengan presentase 5% kemudian siswa yang belum mampu tersebut diberikan bimbingan secara khusus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa melalui pendekatan contextual teaching and learning, kemampuan siswa menghitung keliling dan luas persegi panjang di kelas IV SDN 01 Kabila Bone Kabupaten Bone Bolango meningkat.

The formulation of the problem in this study is "Can through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, the ability to calculate the circumference and area of ¢¢a rectangle in grade IV SDN 01 Kabila Bone, Bone Bolango Regency can be improved?" This study aims to improve their abilities. calculate the circumference and area of ¢¢a rectangle through the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach for grade IV SDN 01 Kabila Bone, Bone Bolango Regency. The method used in classroom action research is carried out in 4 stages, namely preparation, classroom action implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and analysis and reflection with data collection techniques consisting of observation, tests, and documentation.
The results showed that in cycle I there were 9 students with a percentage of 45% and those who were unable as many as 11 students with a percentage of 55%, this was not in accordance with the indicators set, namely at least 80% of students who were subjected to action obtained a value of 70 and above so that it continued. In the second cycle, in the second cycle there were 19 students with a percentage of 95% and 1 students who were not able to do it with a percentage of 5%. Then the underprivileged students were given special guidance. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that through the contextual teaching and learning approach, the ability of students to calculate the circumference and area of ¢¢a rectangle in grade IV SDN 01 Kabila Bone, Bone Bolango Regency increased.
