Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah dengan menggunakan pendekatan STEM dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPA SDN 13 Limboto Tema VIII Subtema II di kelas V. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan pendekatan STEM di kelas V Tema VIII Subtema II SDN 13 Limboto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 13 Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 13 orang atau 68% dan yang belum tuntas sebanyak 6 orang atau 32%, hal ini belum sesuai dengan indikator yang ditetapkan yakni minimal 80% sehingga dilanjutkan pada siklus ke II. Pada siklus ke II yang tuntas sebanyak 13 siswa atau 87% dan yang belum tuntas sebanyak 2 siswa atau 13% kemudian siswa yang belum tuntas tersebut akan diberikan bimbingan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engginering, Mathematics) hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pelajaran IPA di kelas V Tema VIII Sub Tema II Kelas V Di SDN 13 Limboto meningkat.

The problem formulation in this study is whether by using a STEM approach can improve student learning outcomes on the IPA lesson load of SDN 13 Limboto Theme VIII Subtema II in class V. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes using STEM approaches in class V Theme VIII Subtema II SDN 13 Limboto. The research method used is class action research. The subject of this study was a student of class V SDN 13 Limboto Gorontalo Regency which amounted to 23 students. The results showed that in cycle I student learning results were completed as many as 13 people or 68% and unfinished as many as 6 people or 32%, this was not in accordance with the indicators set at least 80% so that it continued in cycle II. In the second completed cycle as many as 13 students or 87% and unfinished as many as 2 students or 13% then the unfinished students will be given guidance. Based on the results of research and discussion it was concluded that using the STEM (Science, Technology, Engginering, Mathematics) approach, students' learning results on IPA lesson content in class V Theme VIII Sub-Theme II Class V in SDN 13 Limboto increased.
