RIA AMELIA MONIAGA.NIM 211 408 253. “Hubungan Pengelolaan Kelas dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas X di SMA Tridharma Gorontalo”. Dibimbing oleh Bapak Dr. H. Rosman Ilato, M.Pd dan Ibu Dra. Irina Popoi,S.Pd.,MPd Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo 2012.
Pelaksanaan penelitian ini didasarkan pada rumusan masalah: apakah terdapat hubungan pengelolaan kelas dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan positif pengelolaan kelas dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Tridarma Gorontalo.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain hubungan yaitu hubungan variable X (pengelolaan kelas) dengan variable Y (motivasi belajar siswa). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 29 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi dan korelasi sederhana.
Sebagai kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah :(1) Hasil pengujian persamaan regresi adalah ? = 51.65 + 0.39X yang berarti setiap terjadi perubahan sebesar satu unit variabel X (Pengelolaan Kelas), maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan rata-rata variabel Y ( Motivasi Belajar Siswa) sebesar 0,39.(2) Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi r =0.42 dan koefisien determinasi (r2) = 0.1764 yang berarti 17.64% motivasi belajar siswa ditentukan oleh pengelolaan kelas dan sisanya sebesar 82.36% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak didesain dengan penelitian ini misalnya peran guru dalam pembelajaran, penggunaan media pembelajaran, dukungan orang tua terhadap anak,lingkungan sekolah dan lain sebagainya. (3) Hasil pengujian keberartian koefisien korelasi thitung = 2.39 pada taraf nyata ? =0.05 dan dk =27, maka dari daftar distribusi t didapat (0.95)(27)= 1.703. (4) Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian “Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengelolaan kelas dengan motivasi belajar siswa” dapat diterima pada taraf signifikan.

Implementation of research based on the problem formulation: whether there is the relationship of classroom management toward students„ learning motivation. Research hypothesis is the relationship of classroom management toward students„ learning motivation on economics subject in X class of SMA Tridharma Gorontalo.
The method used is a quantitative method to design the relationship between the X variable (classroom management) and the Y variable (students„ learning motivation). Study samples amounted to 29 people. Techniques of data analysis using regression and simple correlation test.
In conclusion of this study were: (1) The test results of regression equation is ? = 51.65 + 0.39X which means that any change of a unit in X variable (Classroom Management), it will be followed by a change in the average of Y variable (Students„ Learning Motivation) of 0.39. (2) The calculation of the correlation coefficient r = 0.42 and the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.1764 which means that 17.64% students„ learning motivation determined by classroom management and the rest of 82.36% determined by other factors that are not designed with this research, for example, the role of teachers in the learning process, the use of instructional media, parental support for children, schools and etc. (3) The test results significance level of correlation coefficient the tcount = 2.39 on a significance level of ? = 0.05 and dk = 27, then t obtained from the distribution list (0.95)(27) = 1,703. (4) Based on the results of hypothesis testing has been performed in this study, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis “There is a positive relationship between classroom management with students„ learning motivation“ can be accepted on a significance level.
