YOLANDA YUSUF. NIM 211 408 323. “ Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru” (Suatu Penelitian di SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo). Skripsi. Konsentrasi Pendidikan Akuntansi Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.2012. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan rumusan masalah “ Apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo?” sedangkan yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 44 orang dan sampelnya berjumlah 44 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proporsi sampling. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi korelasi sederhana.
Sebagai kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui perhitungan statistik dimana koefisien determinasi r2 =12.25%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru sebesar 12.25% dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sedangkan sisanya sisanya 87.75% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain. Daftar distribusi t pada taraf nyata 5% (?=0.05) diperoleh thitung = 2.44, dari hasil tersebut diperoleh thitung lebih besar dari pada tdaftar (2.44?1.684).
Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru.

The problem statement of this study is “what is the effect of headmaster leadership toward teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Telaga, Gorontalo Regency?”. The objective of this study is to know the effect of headmaster leadership toward teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Telaga, Gorontalo Regency.
Methodology of this study is quantitative method. Technique of collecting the data is using observation, interview and questionnaire. Technique analyzing the data is using simple correlation regression.
The conclusion of this research is the headmaster leadership has a positive impact to teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Telaga, Gorontalo Regency. It can be proved by statistical analysis which is determination coefficient r2=12.25%. It shows that teacher performance is effected around 12.25% by the headmaster leadership. On the other hand, the rest which is around 87.75% is effected by the other variable. t distribution list at significance level 5% (?=0.05) acquired tcount=2.44. From that result acquired tcount is greater than tlist (2.44?1.684).
