Abstrak
ABSTRACT This paper entitled Services In The Village Government Officials Jamkesmas Assistance For The Poor In The Village Tomulabutao Gorontalo City, this thesis discusses about the ministry officials government jamkesmas village in relief. This research aims to determine how village government services against Jamkesmas assistance for the poor. What factors are affecting services in the village government officials Jamkesmas relief for the poor, and how the city government's efforts to improve the quality of care in the provision of assistance for the poor Jamkesmas. Types of research used in this study which is the type of qualitative research. As for the focus of this research is in the service of government officials jamkesmas aid for the poor, factors that influence government officials in the service of health card relief for the poor, the city government's efforts in improving the quality of care in the provision of health card for the poor. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of the contest, to see through the problem using the theory Noeng Muhadjir researchers (in Bungin 2005:84).
