MUDIYATNO, NIM. 241421123. Implementasi Program Kerukunan Umat Beragama Pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Program Studi S1 Administrasi Publik. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dr. Juriko Abdussamad, M. Si dan Bapak Dr. Drs. RUSLI Isa, M. Si
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimanakah Implementasi Program Kerukunan Umat Beragama Pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontal; (2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan keberhasilan dalam Implementasi Program Kerukunan Umat Beragama Pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo, dilihat dari aspek komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, bahwa sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif selanjutnya digunakan untuk analisa model interaktif yang dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan terkait dengan Implementasi Program Kerukunan Umat Beragama Pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo, dalam pelaksanaanya dilakukan secara terencana sesuai dengan prosedur yang menjadi dasar adalah Keputusan Menteri Agama Nomor 529 Tahun 2021. Untuk perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan program dilakukan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung secara kelembagaan dan anggaran menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk kesinambungan Implementasi Program Kerukunan Umat Beragama agar bermanfaat bagi umat beragama. Beberapa faktor penghambat yang ditemukan adalah karena kebijakan dari pimpinan lembaga, waktu pelaksanaan yang tidak maksimal. Sebagai tindak lanjut yang harus dilakukan adalah melaksanakan program sesuai dengan rencana Program Kerukunan Umat Beragama yang telah dibuat.

The purpose of this study is to find out (1) How is the Implementation of the Religious Harmony Program at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Gorontal Province; (2) What factors determine the success of the Implementation of the Religious Harmony Program at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Gorontalo Province, viewed from the aspect of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is a qualitative method, that the data source is obtained from the results of interviews. The technique used in this research is data analysis which is then used for interactive model analysis starting from data collection, reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions.
Based on the results of research in the field related to the Implementation of the Religious Harmony Program at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Gorontalo Province, the implementation is carried out in a planned manner according to the procedure that forms the basis for the Decree of the Minister of Religion Number 529 of 2021. For improvements in the implementation of the program an evaluation is carried out. Institutions and budgets are very important for the continuity of the Implementation of the Religious Harmony Program so that it is beneficial for religious communities. Some of the inhibiting factors found were due to policies from policy makers, the implementation time was not optimal. program plans and matrices that have been made.
