Abstrak
ABSTRAK
ALVIAN GINSU, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) kabupaten Bone Bolango Jurusan Manajemen, 1 Juni 2012. Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Pembimbing I: Dr. H. Zuchri Abdussamad, M.Si Pembimbing II : Meyko Panigoro, S.Pd., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris seberapa besar pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di lingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) kabupaten Bone Bolango yang berjumlah 78 orang. Sampel penelitian yaitu berjumlah 78 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier Sederhana. ?= 8,853+0.802 X. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ; Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai melalui motivasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) kabupaten Bone Bolango secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai ditunjukkan koofiensi derterminasi r2 = 0.789 atau sebesar 78,9 % dan sisanya 21,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain; Peningkatan produktivitas kerja melalui motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai ditunjukan oleh (t hitung = 16,868). Hal ditunjukkan oleh hasil regresi dimana nilai ? 0,888. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemberian motivasi yang tepat dan diterima oleh karyawan maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) kabupaten Bone Bolango.

Zuchri Abdussamad, M.Si Advisor II : Meyko Panigoro, S.Pd., M.Si.This research is aimed to try and give evidance in a empericall maner how much influence the motivation of the work productivity either partially or simultaneously.
The population of this research is the whole of employee that in place of official General of working in Bone Bolango regency which amount to 78 person. The sample is 78 persons and it taken by using purposive sampling method. The analysis of the data is using bifilar regression linear analysis. ?= 8,853+0.802 X. The result of this research shows that ; The raising productivvity of work by means motivation at official General of working in Bone Bolango regency has significant influence simultaneously about productivity of work, it shows by koofiensi derterminasi r2 = 0.789 or as big as 78,9% and the rest 21,1% is influenced by another factor; The raising employee performance pass through motivation of work has influence to productivity of work, it shows by (t hitung = 16,868) . This is shown by the results of regression where the value of ? 0,888. The results suggest that with theright motivation received by productivity of work will increase employee performance at official General of working in Bone Bolango regency.
