Femi Ajunge, Nim : 261 408 029, Skripsi” Pengaruh Disiplin Pegawai Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pada Kantor Camat Dungingi Kota Gorontalo”. Jalur skripsi Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Tahun 2012, dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. H. Walidun Husain, M.Si sebagai pembimbing 1 (satu) dan Bapak Irwan Yantu, S.Pd, M.Si sebagai pembimbing II (dua).
Pelaksanaan penelitian ini di dasarkan pada rumusan masalah bagaimana Pengaruh Disiplin Pegawai Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pada Kantor Camat Dungingi Kota Gorontalo. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, penyebaran angket, dan wawancara terhadap responden, sedangkan untuk analisis data digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X (disiplin pegawai) terhadap variabel Y (produktivitas kerja) kantor Camat Dungingi Kota Gorontalo, yakni diperoleh (R-Square) sebesar 0.726 atau 72.6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dapat diprediksi oleh penulis misalnya, motivasi, kompensasi pegawai, pengalaman kerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan lainnya.

The implementation of this research based on the problem statemen of how the Influence of employee’s discipline towards work productivity in Dungigi Region office of Gorontalo. The data collection technique of this research are used observation technique, questionnaire spreading, and interviewing to the respondent, then the data analysis are used a quantitative approach. And the population of this research is 30 respondent.
Based on the result that showed, there is a significant influenced between X variable (employee’s discipline) toward Y variable (work productivity) of Dungingi Region Office of Gorontalo is found (R-Square) about 0.726 or 72.6%, and the rest about 27.4%, are influenced by another factors that couldn’t be predict to the researcher such as motivation, employee’s compensation, working experience, level of education, and any else.
