Department of Management, Economic and Business Faculty, Gorontalo State University.under supervising of Drs. Maha Atma Kadji,M.Si as first supervisor, and Drs. Rusli Isa, Msi as second supervisor.
This research aims to identified and getting a clear descriptions of how big the influence of motivation towards Employees Performance in Bumi Putra Assurance branch of Gorontalo. The research are implemented using a quantitative method by simple regression analysis and test of pearson product moment between motivation variables (X) and Employees Performance variable (Y). the data collection technique are using by spreading a questionnaire and interviewing to the choosen respondents. Based on the result of research and data analysis, the regression equation is ?=11.062+0.778X with determinant coefficient r=58.5%, that showed the influence percentage of X variable towards Y variable, and then the rest of percentage is 41,5% are influenced by another factors that not tested on this research. In this case, the hipotheses are arranged, there a positive and significat influences between motivation variable (X) and Employees Performances (Y) in the office of Bumi Putra insurance branch of Gorontalo that has been prooven and acceptable with the level of correlations about 0.769, with the significant t hitung=9.410>t tabel=1.671 with the level of probability about ?=0.05.
