Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Handayani Niklas, PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putera Kota Gorontalo Jurusan Manajemen, 28 Juni 2012. Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Pembimbing I: : Dr.Arifin Tahir M,si Pembimbing II: Drs.Rusli Isa M,si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris seberapa besar pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan yang ada di lingkungan PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putera Kota Gorontalo 46 orang. Sampel penelitian yaitu berjumlah 46 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Total Sampling dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier Sederhana.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1). Peningkatan produktivitas kerja melalui pelatihan pada PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putera Kota Gorontalo secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja ditunjukkan koofiensi determinasi r2 = 0.794 atau sebesar 79,4% dan sisanya 20,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain; 2)Peningkatan produktivitas kerja melalui pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja ditunjukan oleh (t hitung = 13.023). Hal ditunjukkan oleh hasil regresi dimana nilai ? 0,891. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pelatihan yang baik dan diterima oleh pelanggan maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putera Kota Gorontalo.

Rusli Isa M,si.This research is aimed to try and give evidance in a empericall maner how much influence the training of the productivity of work either partially or simultaneously. The population of this research is the whole of costumer that in place of official PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putera at Gorontalo City which amount to 46 person. The sample is 46 persons and it taken by using Total sampling methode. The analysis of the data is using bifilar regression linear analysis. ? = 8,396+0.813X
The result of this research shows that: 1). The raising productivity of work by means training at official PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putera at Gorontalo City has significant influence simultaneously about productivity of work, it shows by koofiensi derterminasi r2 = 0.794 ozr as big as 79,4% and the rest 20,6% is influenced by another factor; 2).The raising of productivity of work pass through training has influence to productivity of work, it shows by (t hitung = 13.023) . This is shown by the results of regression where the value of ? 0,891. The results suggest that with theright training will increase productivity of work at official PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumi Putera at Gorontalo City.
