Rina Limonu, NIM 261 408 102 2012. “Pengaruh Net Profit Margin Terhadap Harga Saham PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk”. Skripsi, Program Studi S1 Manajemen Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dibawah bimbingan Hais Dama SE, M.Si selaku pembimbing 1 dan Idham M. Ishak selaku pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada rumusan masalah yaitu Apakah perubahan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk meramalkan pengaruh antara variabel yang satu dengan variabel yang lain, dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel X (Net Profit Margin) merupakan variabel dependen (bebas) dan variabel Y (Harga Saham) merupakan variabel independen (terikat). Instrument yang digunakan adalah data sekunder serta untuk menganalisis data digunakan analisis regresi sederhana.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Net Profit Margin terhadap Harga Saham PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk dengan hasil uji diperoleh persamaan regresi linier yaitu ? = 7,160 + 3,762 X dan variabel Net Profit Margin memiliki koefisien regresi bertanda positif sebesar 0.662 artinya apabila terjadi perubahan variabel Net Profit Margin akan mempengaruhi Harga Saham sebesar 66,2%. Serta sisanya sebesar 33,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Harga Saham tersebut bisa dipengaruhi oleh Dividend Per Share, Earning per share, Return On Investment, Return On Equity serta rasio-rasio keuntungan lainnya, dapat pula dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti perubahan nilai mata uang (kurs valuta asing), inflasi, gejolak sosial politik, perubahan tingkat suku bunga, besarnya investasi, dan berbagai issue baik dari dalam dan luar negeri. Adapun pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai t hitung dan t tabel. Dimana t hitung > t tabel (4,426> 2,776).

The study was based on the formulation of the problem is Net Profit Margin What changes affect the stock price of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This method is used to predict the effect of one variable with another variable, in this research that the variable X (Net Profit Margin) is the dependent variable (free) and Y variables (stock price) is the independent variable (bound). Instrument used was secondary data as well as to analyze the data used simple regression analysis.
Based on this research it can be concluded that there is influence of the Net Profit Margin on Stock Price PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk test results obtained with the linear regression equation is Y = 7.160 + 3.762 X and Net Profit Margin has a variable regression coefficient is positive for 0662 means that if there is a change of variables will affect the Net Profit Margin of 66.2% Share Price. And the rest of 33.8% influenced by other factors not included in this study. Another factor that may affect the stock price can be influenced by the Dividend Per Share, Earning per share, Return on Investment, Return On Equity as well as other benefits ratios, may also be influenced by factors such as changes in currency value (exchange rate) , inflation, social and political upheavals, changes in interest rates, the amount of investment, and a variety of issues both from within and abroad. The hypothesis testing is done by comparing the calculated value of t and t tables. Where t count> t table (4.426> 2.776).
