Abstrak
In essential, public relations are an activity that should be done by both official and private organizations/institutions because of its status as a part of society. This study concerns the issues regarding the Strategy of public relations in Universitas Bina Mandiri in terms of increasing the number of new students, in which the purpose of this research is to describe said concern.
This qualitative descriptive research employedthe theory of Public Relations withBoundary Spanner approach, while the data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The findings showed that public relations activities are effectively operating based on the theory used.
Based on the findings, this research was concluded to supportthe management activities toachieve the organization goals of every public relations employees in Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo. By consistentlyestablishing good communication in working together, all the problems on campus can be adequately and structurally solved. Therefore, with the cooperation of the public relations of Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo, the purpose of the campus organizations in increasing the number of new students can be optimally achieved.
