Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pemakaian dan penulisan prefiks ditinjau dari morfofonemik yang terdapat dalam teks berita politik pada koran harian Gorontalo Post edisi Oktober 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mendeskripsikan pemakaian dan penulisan prefiks dalam teks berita politik pada koran harian Gorontalo Post edisi Oktober 2020. Landasan teori dalam penelitian ini yakni morfologi dan kesalahan berbahasa.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data penelitian ini yakni berupa prefiks yang terdapat dalam teks berita politik pada koran harian Gorontalo Post edisi Oktober 2020. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu teks berita politik pada koran harian Gorontalo Post edisi Oktober 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik baca dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, menganalisis, menyimpulkan.
Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak 5 kesalahan pemakaian prefiks ditinjau dari morfofonemik dalam 19 teks berita politik di koran harian Gorontalo post edisi Oktober. Kesalahan pemakaian prefiks ditinjau dari morfofonemik, antara lain yakni: (1) morfofonemik penambahan bunyi, terdapat 4 kesalahan penambahan bunyi /ng, m, n, nge/ pada pengimbuhan prefiks me-; (2) morfofonemik peluluhan bunyi, terdapat 4 kesalahan peluluhan bunyi /s, p, k, t/ pada pengimbuhan prefiks me-; (3) morfofonemik pelesapan bunyi, terdapat 1 kesalahan pelesapan bunyi /r/ pada pengimbuhan prefiks ber-; (4) morfofonemik pengekalan bunyi, terdapat 3 kesalahan pengekalan pada prefiks ber-, ter-, dan me-; (5) morfofonemik perubahan bunyi, terdapat 1 kesalahan perubahan bunyi pada prefiks ter- yang dilekatkan pada kata dasar anjur.

This study focuses on the use and writing prefixes in terms of morphophonemics contained in political news texts in the October 2020 edition of the Gorontalo Post daily paper. This study aims to describe the use and writing of prefixes in political news texts in the October 2020 edition of the Gorontalo Post daily paper. The theoretical basis in this research is morphology and language errors.
The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive research type. The data for this research is in the form of prefixes in the text of political news in the October 2020 edition of the Gorontalo Post daily paper. The data source for this research is the text of political news in the October 2020 edition of the Gorontalo Post daily paper. Data collection techniques used in this study were reading and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by identifying, classifying, analyzing, concluding.
The results of this study found as many as five errors in the use of prefixes in terms of morphophonemics in 19 political news texts in the October edition of the Gorontalo Post daily paper. Errors in the use of prefixes in terms of morphophonemic include (1) morphophonemic addition of sound, there are four errors in adding the sound /ng, m, n, nge/ in the affixing of me- prefix; (2) sound decay morphophonemic, there are four errors of sound decay /s, p, k, t/ in the affixing of me- prefix; (3) morphophonemic sound loss, there is one error in missing /r/ sound in the affixing of the prefix with-; (4) sound preservation morphophonemic, there are three misperceptions in the prefixes ber-, ter-, and me-; (5) morphophonemic sound changes, there is one error in sound changes in the prefix ter- which is attached to the root word anjur.
