Cooperative Learning is claimed to be more interactive learning type rather than group work. It is because the core of classroom management has structural and principal purposes regarding the learning output. As problems come to influence learning output, so Numbered Head Together which is one of the Cooperative Learning Type is considered to become my learning method in order to achieve learning goals. This study aims not only to see how Numbered Head Together is applied but also it is strongly concern the student’s value to be increased. This study applies Pre-Experimental Research where the steps consist of Pre-Test, Treatment, and Post-Test. I decide to choose Class E in the 3rd semester of English Department to be my sample which applies purposive sampling in order to undergo the research. And I do testing phase by giving students questions numbered 30 questions in order to be measured in statistical analysis. T test results can be observed firstly by acknowledging degree of freedom amount 25 and level of significance lies on 99% which equals to 1.316 and 1.708 for 95%. t-test value of five aspects are Grammar = 3.228, Vocabulary = 6.140, Comprehension = 4.417, Fluency = 5.031, and Pronunciation = 4.501. to be concluded that t count value of Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, Fluency, and Pronunciation are considered higher than t table value, so it happens an increase. Therefor, null hypothesis is automatically rejected however alternative hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Numbered Head Together, English Speaking Performance
