This research is aim to know how the semantic, especially the elements of lexical and grammatical meaning are reflected in Surah Al-kahf, especially in Ashabul Kahf story. This research is a qualitative research. The story of Ashabul Kahf in the Holly Qur'an translated by Abdullah Yusuf Ali is taken as the main source of the data, and other texts and unorganized mass of linguistic data compiled in field work become the secondary data of this research. The result of the research shown us that Surah Al-Kahf especially Ashabul Kahf story has information about the elements lexical and grammatical meaning, where in lexical meaning I found synonymy, polysemy, ambiguity, hyponym, meronymy, and antonymy. In grammatical meaning I found affixations, derivational elements, compounding, and conversions. It is explains that lexical and grammatical meaning are reflected clearly in the Ashabul Kahf story in the Holly Qur'an translated by Abdullah Yusuf Ali.
